Operation 1

Add a product or service

Put the catalog item in once so quotes stay consistent.

    Open Products or Services.

  2. 2

    Choose New item.

  3. 3

    Enter name, price, unit and tax.

  4. 4

    Save. The team can add it to quotes and invoices.

Operation 2

Update a price

Change the rate without deleting history.

  1. 1

    Open the item.

  2. 2

    Update price or tax.

  3. 3

    Save. New quotes use the new price. Old invoices stay as they were.

Operation 3

Turn an item off

Stop using it on new quotes without losing old lines.

  1. 1

    Open the item.

  2. 2

    Mark it inactive.

  3. 3

    It no longer appears when you add a line. History remains.
